This is a golden trout caught on a backpacking trip to Sky Blue Lake out of Lone pine. This is a picture my nephew Ryan took on his recent scout trip. This is also the main reason we are going there next summer. Notice the snout is about mid hand and the tail is at the crease in the elbow. In the old testament this is a cubit. I am guessing about 15 to 16 inches.
