Friday May 1st was a very big day in our family. First it was Anita’s birthday. If you know her, you know why there are pictures. Enough said. But something else occurred that made her birthday more special and very memorable. Aimee gave birth to our little Maggie Jane about 8:38pm Texas time. She weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces and she was 19 and ½ inches long. She has lots of sandy bond hair and as you might expect, she is stunningly beautiful. Maggie is our 12th grandchild and has given the girls a slight lead. At present, we have 5 grandsons and 7 granddaughters. Amanda will be giving birth in August to our 13th grandchild, a grandson. Round and round the circle of life goes, and where it stops nobody knows. Yep as usual, we are having Joy in our posterity, And will continue for millennia to come. It's an "Eternal Thing".

Wow and Congratulations!! This is so cool. New babies are the best and new Grandbabies are even better!! Let them know we love them and are excited for them. My dad's first Great-grandchild was born on his birthday. What a fun day for you, Anita. We love you guys.
